I think that is Tom Ryan on the left. Though he is already scheduled for replacement in 1 year, it seems to be his kicking in the balls type of management style.
Walgreens can't afford to keep our pharmacy adequately staffed (we just lost 16 pharmacist hours and 24 tech hours per week even with a small INCREASE in volume over last year), but apparently they can afford to pay someone to call and PRETEND to be a panicked CVS Caremark patient and ask if we're still going to fill her precriptions.
After she admitted that she was a 'quality control' caller, she took my name and hung up. I sense the other shoe waiting to drop on Monday on that one.
